I love how the Internet Archive preserves public domain works.
But the "National Emergency Library" was a _terrible_ idea. And I fear that if the IA keeps on drunk-challenging copyright laws in this blatant manner, they might eventually have to pay fines so large that their preservation work will be in danger.
