This is also one of my fav greek vegetarian (it uses the lemon and egg finish) foods, like like <a href="https://realgreekrecipes.com/greek-artichoke-stew/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">here</a>. Its a great spring food as I only use fresh artichokes.</p>

<p dir="auto">Don’t get me wrong, I love some canned peas, but not tossed in a pan. Frozen have a better bite and brighter flavor for something like this, I think.</p>
