@touketsu I just don’t like him or his videos. I don’t know the dude personally so I won’t assume things about him but I find him very arrogant.

Plus it feels like the videos are just full of nonstop sponsors and ads.

But there generally just seems to be this horizon you have to cross as a big youtuber to get to a certain size, where you stop really thinking about what it is you did and what made you genuine and start thing more about "Content", daily engagement, marketing, merchandising, and so forth. Linus crossed that horizon a long time ago.
