I really need better more clear actual data on whether people want ( and will buy) system agnostic settings. I'm probably going to have to risk it at some point. For now tho, I'm going to concentrate on my paid GMing, streaming, videos, and blogs, cuz no one is buying my published stuff. #ttrpg #worldbuilding

@Jackgiantkiller I have no actual data to support this but I think a LOT of people prefer pre-built settings, and then come up with a campaign concept from there. I suspect this because I don't see much support for GMs like myself who usually have a campaign and setting concept in mind and then go out seeking a system that will support it.
But I don't know, really. I think it's also just damn hard to sell game systems, full stop. -

AtM I make stuff for Tales of the Valiant and Mutants and Masterminds the most, but worldbuilding is my first love.
