I'm not one to give GMing advice but would like to pass this along. I know, you're a busy GM, worker, family/pet supporter, and creative. No excuse.
Make sure you take time to play in someone else's game. Especially if it's outside your normal table.
While doing so, think about the player perspective and not mechanics. You'll learn from those other GMs even if you think you've got it figured out.
It helps with imposter syndrome as well.

@Taskerland I probably do have too much time on my hands but I pulled back the games I run and have been signing up for in-person and online games this year.
