I live in a house with a spouse and cairn terrier (Bennie) on Treaty 6 territory and homeland of the Metis 🇨🇦

I retired in 2018 from a compliance position at a multinational. Now I twiddle around the house between volunteering, hanging out with Bennie and reaping the rewards of having a spouse with a greenhouse and 3D printing interests.

Interests include tech, occupational health & safety and science-based health & wellness. Volunteering is the antidote to SM. I am Canadian.
