If it looks like a real gun, it’s pretty much exactly as effective for commiting crimes as a real unloaded gun. There’s very few legitimate reasons to have a replica firearm and they are highly regulated. Anyone with a criminal record would not be able to get a license for prohibited firearms.

There are specific exemptions that can be applied on top of a PAL to acquire prohibited firearms. For example, law enforcement is allowed to carry handguns.

She printed out fake money. She fraudulently raised money. She has threatened local officals. She told followers to “shoot to kill” people giving COVID vaccines. She led an attempt by fuckwads to seize police officers at a Peterborough station.
Jail her or get her out, and round up all her followers for mental health treatment, as they believed in invisible UFOs protecting her.
None of that sounds like a reason to strip someone of citizenship and make them some other country’s problem. Jail yes, deportation of a citizen no. You should not be trying to emulate the barbaric practices going on in the states.
