Travelers to the US must pay a new $250 'visa integrity fee'

I’ll believe it when I see it.
A few sources are citing reports that FIFA is currently considering it and possibly moving the games to Canada. There is a huge pressure on the organization based on reporting due to immigration and other issues with the US.
There isn’t much but I can imagine more will come out as the information does.

Ya they just opened a new place to have all the players and audience go to.
I think it’s called Alligator Auschwitz Concentration (soon to be death) Camp.

FIFA is considering moving a lot of the games out of the US because teams are scared of going to the US.
Yeah, if I were a nonwhite player, I’d be worried that some TSA/ICE/CBP dude won’t realize that I’m there for sports and either beat me to death or deport me to fucking Libya or something.

However travelers may also be able to get the fees reimbursed, according to the provision.
Good luck with that!! ( I won’t even go there if you pay me a multitude of that )
Surely, you’ll get reimbursed! It’s a Trump Promise ^TM^!

Comically, not preventing migration, just pissing off the great majority of people who might visit and spend money. So a family of 4 would pay $1000 extra. That’s enough to prevent them from even booking
