A small subset of people who would build a small cooking fire, spill a coal BBQ, or accidentally knock over a small camping stove.

I’ve seen complaints about not being able to take ATVs on trails. Those people didn’t seem to consider sparks from hitting rocks, hot brakes, exhaust flames, or spilled gasoline, etc. from damaged/worn out equipment.

Let alone unexpected injuries, tying up first responders. Ignoring that you still can’t trust 1M to all follow even reasonable rules like extinguishing butts in a container
