    Thanks! That’s the first time I tried something like that.

    Of course, I saw it elsewhere and then tried to replicate it.

      Which creators do you draw inspiration from?

      Edit: No pun intended but I’ll take it.

        In general? Randy Musseau, Dyson Logos, Mike Schley, Eneko Menika, and Guillaume Tavernier.

        But I also lurk in mapmaking communities and gawk at all kinds of maps.

          I am only directly familiar with Dyson so I’ll have to check out the others. Thanks!

            I guess only Dyson and Schley are widely known. But do check them out.

              I think only @dysonlogos has a fediverse presence. Any chance you draw micro-maps every now and then? 😉

                  @dysonlogos I don’t think there’s a hard rule (for the @micro_maps community) but someone already asked if index card is a valid size (it is). Or maybe post-it sized.

                    @rpg20 @micro_maps

                    Oh yeah, I post a significant number of index card maps. Rarey anything smaller though these days.

                    not like some of the ones I used to draw like this:

                      Plus a few cave doodles to fill in some gaps.
