      I just don’t think the US would think twice about detonating a nuke over Vancouver if it saved Seattle.

      That concerns me greatly about a system like this.

        Don’t worry, this system wouldn’t be able to exist to begin with. It’s just a financing scheme to pay loads of money to US weapon companies, nothing more
