      I think the story is that the water bomber company went out of business, and then people realized the earth was on fire so they hastily restarted production. Unfortunately, canada was ironically the last to put their orders in to our own manufacturer. So we have to wait until other countries get their orders first…

            How about he invests in proper forest managery. Its not as if fires are perpetually preventable by just putting them out every time.

            How about rezone housing and using the maintenance budget from urban sprawl.
