A statement win, but it wasn’t really that way until the 7th.
I think Vlad’s homer was exactly what they needed to shake the nerves though. I feel Vlad’s susceptible to getting down on himself and that was exactly what he needed to start this post season.
Now in game 2 the bats are hot and the pitching ice cold. I’m excited for this run!
Game 1 was definitely an encouraging game for Vlad (on both sides) and like the whole team. Let’s keep this momentum up!!!
