We have a terrible history of being inhumane in war. We don’t want to be culpable in MORE barbarism. If Canadians who served in the IDF did NOT commit atrocious acts like murdering babies, pregnant women, and aid workers, they have nothing to worry about. Being a particular religion/ethnicity does not exempt someone from being investigated. It is not racist/bigoted/anti-semitic.
