Too short for a CVS receipt [dungeon]

Found this sketch on the back of a receipt at home. I’m pretty sure it predates this community, but can’t figure the exact date from the faded text.
It got me wondering… if it were a CVS receipt, would it still qualify as a micro-map?

Linear maps. Could be a 3 room per level, 30 level dungeon.
