Hey @juergen_hubert , you should design the Ostsiedlung Fantasy RPG, where the player characters are Slavs and Germans in AD 1200, communicating with folkloric beings and Slavic gods east of the Oder.

Simultaneous publication in Polish and German, same text. Introduction written by the lead singer of Behemoth.

An interesting project, though my knowledge of Slavic folklore is not exactly great. And I'd really need to have a Polish co-author for this - there have been too many Germans writing _about_ Eastern Europe already who ignored the local voices.
(It doesn't help that a lot of 19th century Germans drew explicit parallels between the "Ostsiedlung" and the American "Wild West", with Eastern Europe seen as "empty space" for their colonialist fantasies. Hitler's "Lebensraum im Osten" ideology was not something he invented on his own.)
