@debe @atomicpoet Seems legit. They're unsustainable in the long term. When the crash comes, there won't be the money to keep them going and they'll be too expensive to demolish, so abandonment is likely.
I heard someone say that Altman is asking for his latest round of funding by describing what he wants to build in order to ask it how he can make money from it. (I do not know if he said this, but it seems right for him.)

Mark Harris Deb E. I mean, seeing how recessions happen every six years and the last contraction was 2022, you have a high likelihood of being right.
However, a loose historical pattern is not a law of physics. Cycles repeat, but never on schedule.
