This is terrible.
I updated Vivaldi, and now it’s rendering this ugly, unreadable font across multiple webpages—with no apparent way to fix it.
Looks like I’ll be switching to a different browser.

That same page in Vivaldi looks nothing like that for me.

moggie It only started happening after an update yesterday. I can’t figure out what’s wrong. Changing fonts doesn’t fix it.

I think it's your system's default font, or at least a default style sheet. Are you doing this on a Linux system? I'm using Windows and it's a different font.
The Vivaldi devs are on Mastodon. Maybe tag them and they might be able to help?

What happens if you go into Settings > Webpages > Fonts and change the default fonts?
