The only people allowed to call me “bro” are my actual sisters.

Everyone else—male or female—who tries it almost always turns out to be a dick. Either they’re using it to belittle what I’ve said, or they’re faking friendship to set up a scam.

That’s why “bro” earns an instant block. But if you’re not a dick and still use the word, here’s a tip: cut it out.

Junior Not the same, and I won’t block you—but I still don’t like it.

@atomicpoet I tend to use "brother" or "sister" at protests or union actions, and pretty much no where else.

@GalbinusCaeli That’s a different context. Union solidarity is all right.

Someone who walks up to me and says, “Bro, have you heard of NFTs?”—we’re not friends.
