Really wish I had the ability to do any social organization at all.

I see all these people doing non-profits and co-ops, and I wish I could start one too. But it’s hard to find like-minded people.

Somewhat. Most organizers need technical people -- "doers" -- as well as organizers (some of the most pathetic industry organizations are the ones who are all organizers).

The question then becomes a matter of leadership and power sharing. Do you want to part of an organization where someone else is leading? Or must you lead it, for you to be happy with it?

And while it is often the case that an organization is started by an organizer, there are also cases of organizations started by technical people, who then hire (or "recruit" or "partner with" or whatever) more socially-skiled people to make it go.

Some of us may need some "Neurotypical supervision"..? πŸ˜…

@TerryHancock I don’t need to be the figurehead of anything. However, I have ideas.
