    Making progress with my basic stitch practice, I finally figured out that I was adding stitches somehow and have settled in nicely. I can't figure out how to get the loops on the one end to tighten up, so one side looks really uneven. But we are learning and the muscle memory is starting to form.

      @lizzierose I always found slipping the last stitch instead of knitting it cleaned up the edges nicely.
