I'm working on a quick and dirty little MÖRK BORG adventure for Hallowe'en... My idea for the antagonist was originally "The Hollow King"... and then I had the idea to fill the hollow king with insects.
And the next thing I knew, I was drawing Oogie Boogie as the villain.
