Yeah I just get blocked all the time with no notice or understanding of why it's great

@julia@eepy.moe @ielenia@ck.catwithaclari.net it hurts when something like this happens, but I’ve learned that most of the time when people explain, or I feel an urge to explain, it’s from a selfish desire to be absolved from guilt. A “I’m taking this action you won’t like, but you’ll agree I’m justified if I explain it so please absolve me from feeling bad about making you feel bad” mood. It rarely makes things better.

So even if I am confused or hurt, I have to respect when someone skips that bit.
