Advice from my former doctor: Look for one that is not burnt out and look at where they graduated - that’s about the best indication you get since every country is awful at tracking outcomes. If you can, ask them how they keep up on current research.

You’ll then have to call and see if they are taking new patients. This may be tricky. You can also often call a hospital and ask if any of their former staff are taking patients, though you will need to then cross reference them to your network.
