Owlbear and Treant are not trademarked or considered intellectual property by WotC, right? I know the specific description, stat blocks, and artwork are copyrighted, but not the general idea/name of the creatures. Meaning I can have an Owlbear & Treant in my game product. Yes?

@NerdBurgerCraig Aren't they in the Creative Commons now too?
