@zozo Road House is the film I always quote when teaching people how to moderate forums/Irc channels etc.
His speech about "the best friend a good time ever had " and "be nice, until it's time to not be nice" is a better way to explain being a mod than anything I've ever seen.
Also "A bear fell on me"
