I would take up bullet journaling but I'm never that busy to be honest.

The thing about having never had a huge amount of ambition or a vast number of kids is that I don't have endless lists of meetings to attend or places to be.
Can't really justify a whole journaling practice on the basis of a Wassail on saturday and a pedicure on thursday.

@Taskerland The flip side of that is you haven't had to spend afternoons tying spaceship models to string to do a stop motion movie they forgot to tell you was due as homework for "ICT: Moving Images and Animation" the next day.

@Taskerland Bullet journaling. Or as we called it when I was a youth oh so many decades ago: taking notes the smart way.

Bullet journaling sounds like something completely different and worrisome to me

@Taskerland No, pretty much identical. Just without the bros pitching it as the ultimate thing EVAR!

@Taskerland I have bullet journaled in the past, or at least the used the minimum set of the process, and it's fine, but eventually becomes a system that exists to support itself. I've used daily to do lists, but mostly now I find for the day job I have a weekly file in a private wiki is enough. I just write a normal diary now rather than worry about accounting for productivity in my personal life.

@fragmad I can see that. The truth is that I think that I have subconsciously structured my life in such a way as to avoid the need for that level of organisational infrastructure.
