The cats like to drink out of a tea mug. I am therefore quietly muttering "cat water, cat water, cat water" as I handle the mug on the way to its customary place so I do not end up taking a sip during a moment of inattention.

@alexhaist I've done this with the cup that I just used to rinse a fountain pen in "ink water, do not drink, do not, do not, do not"
