So maybe the problem is these Democrats are bad people. Because if they're shit on one issue, they're going to be shit on all of them.

The thing that gets me -- one of them -- there's a lot -- is that everyone except the Democratic Party, including most Democratic voters, understands Republicans are liars. But the higher you go in the party, the more Democrats act like the opposite is true!
(A related problem is that Democratic voters often fail to gasp that the Democratic Party is lying to them, too, just in a different way. "Concerns." Let's just put it that way.)
