    Roast salmon topped with leeks in yogurt. Mom asked me to try this recipie, Iiiiiiii dunno about this. We'll see, I guess.

      Well... It LOOKS okay. Doesn't smell bad, roast leeks smell pretty good. Guess we'll see.

        That's... Interesting. The yogurt definitely kept it from overcooking, it's still nice and juicy. The *flavor* is... Hm.

        The leeks and garlic give it some nice meatiness and it's not a BAD flavor, but it's a little too sharp for my tastes. Dunno, maybe a thinner layer of the yogurt mixture would work better?

        Anyway I'm sure mom will love it, she adores food with an edge ❤

            @CactuarJoe I don't know much about yogurt cooking, but the garlic definitely needs time and process to mellow.

              @robcinos I sweated the leeks and garlic first, so they should be fine, I think the sharpness is 100% the yogurt.
