    I 100% believe the so-called “Alberta Independence” movement is an American psy-op.

    Look at the way it’s peddled: slogans over policy, identity over economics, grievance farming over actual governance.

    The “patriot” branding that looks imported. And constant online amplification that feels algorithmic.

      @atomicpoet Also a Kremlin psyop. At this point there is no daylight between Republican and Kremlin disinformation.

        @robcinos Yep! No difference. But it benefits USA more than Russia, let’s be real.

          @atomicpoet True.

          Putin gets Ukraine and eastern Europe, Trump gets Greenland and Canada. That's their thinking.

          It's gangsters who don't care which country. They have no loyalty or patriotism. One big global laundromat.

            @robcinos When Trump talked about Carney being “ungrateful” and Canada only existing because USA allows it, he sounded like Don Corleone.

            I half expected him to parade around with a severed horse head.

              @atomicpoet Well, Trump officials apparently offered a $500 million loan for Alberta to separate.

                @atomicpoet You're probably right, but the husband of a friend of my ex-wife back in the '99 was part of a group that wanted Alberta to separate back then.
