@grumble209 @clock @huntingdon Yep, that’s the thing. ”Legality” is totally out the window regarding any ICE behaviour, they just do as they please and everyone else suffers the consequences.
Legality is only relevant with enforcement behind it, and enforcement is based on human networks, it’s not some abstract thing. To quote Foucault: ”[…] the State can only operate on the basis of other, already existing power structures”.

But even if you somehow survive, you will still be arrested and you will die in custody. This is America's new reality, and it has nothing at all to do with noble laws in dusty books.
