Canada’s Blue Jays arrive to the Bronx up 2-0 in this best-of-5, needing to win just one more game to win the series.

Today, the Jay’s Shane Bieber takes on the Yanks’ Carlos Rodón - pretty even pitching match between two solid pitchers. It’s never easy to sweep a postseason series, but it’d be great if the Jays could. Because, game 4 will see a pitching advantage for the Yanks (Schlittler versus a Jays bullpen day), and then if it goes to game 5 the Jays will have no series lead (although they’ll have home field advantage)

    Let’s go Blue Jays!!!

Why does the game start at such a weird time? Why 8 tonight, and 7 tomorrow?

Probably so tonight’s game doesn’t conflict with the other series’ games this afternoon.

Nice to have the lead before the 2nd out is recorded! Vladdy’s a monster.

I was watching a Trevor May video earlier today where showed heat maps of batters strike zones. It showed Vladdy devowers pitches that are up and over the outer plate. When I saw that pitch to him, I was like “that’s up and out!”. Then it was up and gone!

So far, so good. Thinking about it, on the other hand: their plan might have been to not let Bieber pitch a third time through the order, in which case they only pulled him 3 batters earlier than expected

Nothing harder than booze please. All the momentum is with the Yanks right now. Can we get back into this? I think the Comeback Kids can

                                          Let’s go Blue Jays!!!

should we have played straw instead of santander?
