Itโ€™s pretty great that the Warlockโ€™s patron doesnโ€™t know what would actually be considered a curse for a typical mortal.

Like when Anya from Buffy the Vampire Slayer dresses up as a bunny rabbit for Halloween because sheโ€™s a demon and thinks rabbits are scary.

No, I did a Google image search and found out how it was made. Iโ€™m definitely not good enough to know which AI program made an image on sight!

Iโ€™m assuming the opposite, that AI will get so good that I wonโ€™t be able to tell without searching for the image/video online. Terrifying, really.

I think thatโ€™s totally possible, but I also think itโ€™s equally likely that people become better and better at recognizing it. I remember when I was a kid what now looks like terrible CGI in movies was quite believable. People are really good at recognizing patterns, and especially for any kids growing up with AI theyโ€™re going to get a lot of exposure to it and likely become very good at spotting it. For all anyone knows it may just become inbred too if they canโ€™t find a way to weed out AI from the training.

Iโ€™m not saying the hype the ai industry is pushing about only improving from here couldnโ€™t happen, but itโ€™s hardly a foregone conclusion from what Iโ€™ve seen so far.
