You could definitely build Anomancy in GURPS with one of the alternative magic systems, probably Magic as Powers or Ritual Path Magic.
ETA: I was hasty, this is just the Divination(Physiognomy) spell from the base Magic system as described on M108-109.

I promise to be more judicious in accusing misleadingly labeled images of being AI slop in the future, when in fact they may be photoshop relics of the past, if it will make you feel better.

It’s probably just a traditional 3D render, it’s a pretty simple design honestly.
