I mean, getting your beta-carotene and lutein (both of which carrots have) IS very good for your eye health.
Just not anywhere near the miracle that the British government was pretending in order to keep radar a secret while promoting healthy eating

If I go to the BB Fextralife wiki and this actually is the symbol for a rune called “Loss” imma lose my mind.
