If a natural person was producing scam, would you be ok if they just stopped? Or would you prosecute them for breaking the law?
Would you stop communicating with them? Or would you keep using their service -

This is far too little and far too late! The website should be taken down altogether, with grok functionality removed.
they should be made to prove this can never happen again before even considering publishing their website / app again. -

Welcome here! But please verify your true identity in the usual way, by adding your website page to to your Mastodon profile, and then pasting the Mastodon link into your web page, or asking your tech support staff to do it. So that we know this Mastodon account is not an impostor. Thank you!@ancientsounds @hennavirkkunen Honestly, the EU Commission should just have their own Mastodon instance. Anyone still on Twitter should migrate to that.
Show us that they're willing to move towards tech sovereignty through proper actions, and not just empty words.

@hennavirkkunen Great to see you here. I'd be thrilled if the EU worked actively to move and support more open platforms based on open-source and true freedom. Like the fediverse, libre office, linux, proton etc.
We clearly value privacy and interoperability far more than whats out there and this would allow us to not be dependent on foreign data manipulation or extraction.

Welcome to Mastodon.
Lets have a grog (tea & rum) instead of grok (hate & breaches of law) and let us create and share ideas of free humans in a trustful network.#fediverse
E.g. ban x from europe, leave x, strengthen the fediverse by using it.

@hennavirkkunen good job. An even better job would be to have all EU communication move away from any platform owned by political actors, as that's a risk in itself

@janwlrvn @ilumium @hennavirkkunen
Good question. The Mastodon instance for the European Comission is this one: ec.social-network.europa.eu/@E…
so why would she use mastodon.social
?@veroandi @ilumium @janwlrvn @hennavirkkunen Because it's still her personal choice?

@hennavirkkunen a) welcome to the fediverse. b) I love that you're taking on these horrible people, keep at it. c) while you're at it, we'd much appreciate if the commission ran its own fediverse instance and official communication migrated there.

Take care.

Hello @hennavirkkunen and welcome to Fediverse,
As Vice President for Tech Sovereignty, I'd like to bring your attention to the #diday #did, and #unplugtrump movements, and I hope you'll join and support them. -

@hennavirkkunen If you see a criminal act, such as Grok creating pictures of your child in naked, sexual poses, you don't send a letter to Grok's makers, to please stop doing it. No. You shut it down. And second you send a clear message.
And you delete those pictures at once. -
