Ah apparently it's just for age restricted servers, so that's something I guess. But that's still a big punch in the face to nsfw artists who built their community on Discord

@doomofthedesert Most NSFW artists' communities aren't Community Servers so they don't even have an age restriction setting for the server. Any server that makes use of the feature to age-restrict individual channels is at risk - but some (many?) servers already rely on manual invites and role assignments to handle that instead of using Discord's age-restriction settings, to get around the phone number verification crap.
