Tomorrow someone is coming over to check our home for a house-switch maybe!

They live not far from here in the same type of house but on the ground level with a small back garden

The size is even smaller then our current home but if it's more quiet I guess it's a good option

The people just came by to look at our home but I don't know, she liked the space but kept repeating "how much had to be done" so we tried not to take offense lol

Also they recently got a new floor and kitchen so she also asked if we could pay for that derp..

I have a feeling this is gonna be a massive amount so yeah... no.

@stux When I was selling my home, a woman buyer who was getting a major bargain, started ordering me to have the carpets (brand new, mind you) cleaned, the drapes changed to her tastes… I put up my hand and said: “You have pushed the advantage of your bargain as far as I am willing to go. The answer is NO, and if that displeases you, buy someone else’s house.” She shut up on the spot. She bought it.
