Yes, since ages ago. Even a box set with the cancelled sequel series. I just lent my big box set to my son for his kids to watch.

Due to the cost of tape storage the CGI backup was scrapped (filled a warehouse) so BD version is hardly better.
USA is 480 lines and may have cuts if the USA TV version.. NTSC DVDs need progressive players for film source.

Version edited for UK & Ireland is longer and 576 lines. PAL DVDs have never needed Progressive players.

@raymaccarthy The "remastered" version (4:3 but better quality) isn't out on DVD is it? Just Bluray and streaming, so DVDs would just be the old (16:9 but worse quality) ones. @aburtch @cos
