Wait until they find out that the Ford Ranger is a small Ford pickup truck, and most of them are significantly larger. 😬

And here's an American Ford F-350 next to the most popular car in Europe (Dacia Sandero).

There's a reason why we need to do everything we can to prevent people from driving these stupid American trucks in Europe.

@notjustbikes I drive a *relatively* tall American car here *in* America and all too often I look at my rear view mirror and see absolutely nothing but a grill.

This crap isn't bad enough on its own. The people who buy these ride half a foot from your bumper and refuse to pass in passing zones. If you *tap* your brakes, you'll be underneath their wheels because even if they could respond in a nanosecond, the vehicle can't.

Oh, and the rare times they pass they barely miss you (and no signal)

@notjustbikes I'm not just being facetious here. There is something about driving vehicles like these that gives people some kind of... attitude. Some sort of sense of entitlement or like they're better than everyone else on the road. Like just the act of driving that thing somehow does this to them. Solely by being in front of them they hate you and are angry at you for daring to be there.

@nazokiyoubinbou @notjustbikes the phrase I've heard more than once "it's not every pickup driver, but it's always a pickup driver"

Dodge pickups seem to be especially attractive to asshats where I am.

@beeoproblem @nazokiyoubinbou @notjustbikes Honestly, the way they get driven, they should not be classed under the same license as regular cars, should require a separate license and test, like Commercial Drivers get.
