Hence the whole concept of "Western Civilization". By reducing the USA to a cultural appendix of Europe, all the contributions of non-white people can be swept under the rug.

I have lately come to the conclusion that anyone who talks about "Western Civilization" really means "White Supremacy", whether they consciously realize it or not.
