I just gave up..
The amount of stress our neighbours produce is now eating at my lifespan, I just feel it
We're still looking for a different place to live but each time we don't get picked is such an extra punch down so I try not to put in any hope

Police doesn't care, housing corp doesn't care, XYZ instanties don't give a shit
I talked to them, yelled at them, asked them

The ones we have trouble with are best friend with each other and exactly the same
They even deal drug together these days
Also, police does not care a bit
