He was drunk and assaulted her so I stept in and kicked him out her home

Now that I think of it, most of the fights I've been in was because other people where in an unfair-fight and I chose a side

I guess because since the Netherlands is relatively safe where one can do this without getting killed

One of the things that frustrates me a lot are those videos where something bad is happening to someone and people are just moving alone

I understand it's not safe to offer help in any country but it still hurts to see

Back in the days, some collegues went to
Saudi Arabia for work and they saw an accident happen but they where told to keep driving and act like you didn't see

Otherwise there was a big chance they (police) tried to blame you for it since you're an easy target as a foreigner

Police murder between 1200-1600 Americans annually. Calling the po does NOT make you a bad ass. If you want to be helpful look up domestic violence resources in your area & make a better call if the bastard comes back.

Sounds like a bruised ego, but you never want to underestimate violent morons. Hopefully she doesn't allow him inside....

If this asshole is violent, he may try to break into a residence.

Security -
If your landlord doesn't throw a fit, a front door can be hardened-
* Grade 1 deadbolt
* Lock strike plate (ideally a 4-screw, with 3 inch screws to get in the studs) but make sure the frame does not need to be modified to fit the strike plate if opting for one.

@stux it's different now. They are trying so hard to appeal to white westerners. They still do that with brown people tho (yes including other arabs), probably to appeal to REALLY WHITE people.

@stux Hearts to you for helping her and stepping in. Has she reached out for help? I used to do volunteer work for legal aid for domestic violence. It's very complicated. Especially where there's a child involved. Be safe and hearts to you again.
