    It is truly worrying that "social media" companies like Twitter and Meta have their own LLMs and heavily intergrate and promote them to their users

    A social media platform should do all in their power to not let bots overtake human content, otherwise that is the point of a social platform

    For me, it's a MASSIVE red flag if a social media company is embracing AI LLM's, let alone build one🤷

      One of the few valid ways of using LLMs within a social network would be creating alt-text for media for example

      But NOT to generate endless posts or act like it's a part of the community, because it's not

      A bot or LLM is a tool, nothing more

            @stux I mean, if you don't consider literally everything those big "social media" did over the last 10 years or so - a red flag, then you haven't paid any atention.
