I’m hoping these workouts will do something.@atomicpoet I found out that min 2x, max 3x 1h per week in the gym is enough to see progress. more often is better then longer. 1x 3h is still 1x. I day resting in between.

@resmo Yeah, for weight lifting. I’m doing cardio too.
