@Shadedlady Haha dat is een beetje het idee
Elk jaar lijkt het alsof de 'winterdepressie' steeds verder inzet dus zou graag naar een plek willen waar het altijd zomer is, even though more extreme

Blaming an age group reduces the resolution of the picture of the problem.
Not enough pixels.Policies matter.
Policies to encourage real estate flipping as the primary retirement funding system are machines that throw people put of homes.
Policies to tax empty units less than rented units are machines that de-house your neighbours.
Berlin voted in a referendum they want to nationalise Berlin's 250,000 corporate apartments.

@grob A little charlot with some small lot on a park for example
Or a small vacation home where one can live permanently
@stux ah! Very different from typical living spaces where I am: here you usually get apartments in large blocks or detached houses with a single family unit.
Average cost here is ~15€ per m² and month or ~5000€ per m² if you buy the place (prices vary hugely on location and quality though). Which is completely insane. Just checked Amsterdam and other large NL cities and it's even more there! How are you supposed to pay for that?

@kevinrns That true indeed
It's indeed a lot of policies and tax reductions here that make the issue a lot bigger and they refuse to address it since it'll costs them votes

-
@stux Btw, you meant 200k Euro or 20k Euro?
@kushal I meant 20
200 would be a huge diff haha
-
@stux 20k euro for a 1 room apartment?
-
@stux 20k euro for a 1 room apartment?
@kushal Some yes, but it's buying
not renting
Rent for 1 room appart would be 400-800 eu p/m perhaps, depending
-
@engravecavedave @kushal No, no, buy
Cheapest buy is around that price
Rent is around 800-1300 eur on avg
