@stux I see your point, and I agree. However:

1) They have many advisers, who are even paid by us. So no need to perform heavy duties.

2) They are elected by their party members, and later either by citizens (municipalities) or by members of parliaments (regions and nationwide).

3) Not being able to change a wallpaper is really pitiful. But Mariano Rajoy wasn't even able to make coherent speeches. And it was president for 7 years.

We're screwed.

FYI, the point I'm trying to make here is about solving and persistability of a person who runs stuff

"I just let this for whatever because I don't know how to do this"

or in case if the wallpaper

"I'll just live with the wallpaper I hate because its too much effort / too hard to lookup / learn to change it to something I like"

I'm not saying it's easy but do put in the effort

@stux At the very least, you can ask a staffer to help you! They are surrounded by people whose job it is to help. If they won't ask for help, that's a problem.
