I've been looking to image certain rare cards like my Vermont Microsystems IM-1024 to see if we can non-destructively resolve inner traces.
Commercial services have quoted me $1200-$1500 for this, which is just not in my budget.

@gloriouscow@oldbytes.space This may something worth talking to a university, if they have an electrical engineering department and a Veterinary / medical program. It's a long shot and will require a lot of footwork, but they may be able to set you up with something far more economical.
