The page hidden behind the text “said in a statement” has a lot more information and I think is better written (but longer):
Archaeologists reveal a medieval super ship: "It's the World’s largest cog"
For 600 years, the waters off Copenhagen have hidden an exceptional secret. Now, maritime archaeologists from the Viking Ship Museum in Denmark reveal the discovery of the world’s largest cog – a medieval cargo ship.

It’s only at 13 metres and seems to be excavated as part of construction work. I think that explains the diving gear, I don’t think I’m familiar with it at all

Who wrote this piece of trash article? It is a medieval cog, it has nothing to do with Vikings. The fact that it is only 600 years old should give you a clue about this already.
“Viking artisans constructed the cog in the Netherlands around 1410 CE”. Fucking facepalm.
